Responsibilities:
-Weekly Certified Payroll, DIR Reporting, Union Fringe Benefit Reporting and Union Dispatch.
Experience with Preliminary Notices.
Lien Releases and Stop Notices.
MUST HAVE QUICKBOOKS EXPERIENCE.
- Perform full-cycle bookkeeping duties, including but not limited to accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and bank reconciliations.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Conduct account analysis and reconciliation to ensure accuracy and integrity of financial data.
- Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Manage tax compliance and reporting requirements.
- Utilize technical accounting knowledge to ensure adherence to accounting principles and regulations.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a CONSTRUCTION Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role.
- Proficiency in 10-key typing and strong data entry skills.
- Extensive knowledge of accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliation procedures.
- Experience with budgeting and financial analysis.
- Familiarity with tax regulations and reporting requirements.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial recordkeeping.
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
